35mmc 5 year Birthday Charity (blind) Auction

Today is the 5th birthday of 35mmc – I launched the website on the 19th of May 2013. To celebrate, I would like to raise a few quid for a couple of charities.

This 7Artisans lens is a limited edition 1 of 10 champagne gold 50mm 1.1. There is now, and only ever will be 10 of these lenses – they are numbered.

If you would like to get your hands on this lens, all you need to do is email me – [email protected] – with the amount you are willing to pay for it. The person who makes the biggest offer will get the lens, and the profits from the sale will go to charity.

The normal retail price of these lenses from my shop (in black or silver) is £340 (inc vat) – so that might be a good place to start when thinking about how much to bid…

The charities I’m going to support with the cash are The Disabled Photographers Society and a hostel locally to me that runs a creative group.

I will run this until the end of the month…

Get bidding! 🙂

Quick question for you Hamish: what’s the name of the monospace font you’re using in the hero image here (35mmc 5 Year Birthday Charity (Blind) Auction)?

    Thanks in advance!
