Ryan Jones

My name is Ryan and I live in Charlottesville, Virginia. I repair and restore film cameras and have spent thousands of hours dedicating myself to the understanding and preservation of these incredible machines. I am proficient in numerous camera systems and manufacturers including Hasselblad, Leica, Nikon, Canon, Linhof, Rolleiflex, Contax, Pentax, Zeiss, Mamiya, Schneider and Copal, among others. I have repaired over a thousand cameras since March of 2020, when I began working professionally at Pro Camera, after completing an apprenticeship. I have a repair failure rate of 2.4% and stand by my work. I have an unparalleled attention to detail, craftsmanship and quality. When not working on cameras, I am hanging out with my dog, Mae Belle and thinking about repairing cameras.
