Photos of the year 2025 – Pick Your Favourite!

By Hamish Gill

As promised, here is a post containing a recap of everyone’s photos of the year, 2025. I am going to make this pretty informal, but I like the idea of it being a little bit of a competition. If you want to vote for a favourite, or a few favourites if you like, just comment their name/s below and after a few days I will tot up the votes, and send whoever the winner is a few rolls of film. I am even including my own photo in this too – that’s how informal I am going with this – it really is just for fun!

One thing I have realised putting all these together without their corresponding stories is how interesting it is seeing them without the words… that was sort of the message of my post, but it has made me reflect on all of them differently thinking about them independently of what people have had to say about them. I suppose what I am saying here is that if any take your eye, please do click through to the original posts to read more!

So, first off, the guy who kicked this whole thing off with his photo, David Pauley – you can see the original post here.
